Cancellations and Pre-Orders

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us at info@couples180.com as soon as possible.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.

For pre-orders, you may request cancellation before the order ships. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
